AlgoThink is a tool, not an advisor. Nothing on this platform is investment, financial, or trading advice. All signals, suggestions, reviews, statistics, and backtests are automated outputs provided for informational purposes only. You alone are responsible for every trading decision you make.

Risk of loss

Trading cryptocurrency — especially leveraged perpetual futures — carries a substantial risk of losing your entire balance. Past backtest or walk-forward performance does not predict future results. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

Live trading & autonomous mode

Live trading and autonomous mode are opt-in and require an explicit, versioned risk acknowledgment (currently v2); when the disclosure changes, you must acknowledge it again before either can be re-enabled.

Autonomous mode places trades without your review — enable it only if you accept in advance every trade it may make within your risk limits. When trading manually, suggestions are signals, not advice: you are responsible for independently verifying every recommended trade before approving it. By acknowledging these disclosures you accept that the platform, its operators, and its authors bear no liability for your trading results.

Your keys, your responsibility

Exchange and LLM API keys you store are encrypted at rest and used only to act on your behalf (placing the orders you enable and generating the reviews you request). Grant exchange keys the minimum permissions required and never enable withdrawal permission. You can remove your keys at any time.

Privacy

What we collect, why, who it's shared with, how long it's kept, and how to export or delete your data is covered in full on the privacy policy. In short: we do not sell your data, and deleting your account erases your keys, positions, and settings.

Service

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Loops can stall, data feeds can fail, exchanges can reject orders. Paid tiers unlock features, not results — no refunds are owed for trading losses. Accounts may be disabled for abuse.
